This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer through https://www.mysticchart.com. 

It sets out the mutual rights and obligations regarding the personalized astrology report service, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations under Turkish law and the general principles of international consumer law.

2. Subject

This Agreement governs the purchase of apersonalized digital astrology reportvia MysticChart.com. The service is an intangible digital file andno physical shipmentis made.


3. Service, Payment, and Delivery

Service:“Personalized Astrology Report”.
Price and taxes:Shown at checkout; inclusive of VAT or applicable taxes.
Payments and invoicing:Processed by Paddle.comacting as theMerchant of Record (MoR).
Invoices and any applicable taxes are issued by Paddle. Seepaddle.com/legal.​
Delivery:Within24–48 hoursafter payment approval.
Sending to the email address specified by the buyer.​
(If the subscription option is activated in the future) Notification via WhatsApp.


No physical shipping.


4. Rights and Obligations

The Buyer confirms reviewing and accepting the service description, price, and delivery conditions before order confirmation.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the service as described and within the stated timeframe.
For couple reports, the Buyer confirms they have theexplicit consentof the other person to submit their personal data. The Seller is not responsible for unauthorized submissions by the Buyer.


5. Pricing and Additional Fees

Prices shown include applicable taxes. There are no shipping or packaging fees since the service is digital.


6. Inability to Supply

If the service cannot be supplied for technical or operational reasons, the Seller will notify the Buyer promptly and either refund the payment via Paddle or provide an equivalent service upon mutual agreement.


7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)

As this ispersonalized digital content, once creation begins the statutory right of withdrawal doesnot apply.
By confirming the order, the Buyer expressly agrees to the commencement of service performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.


8. Cancellation and Refund

After report creation has started,no cancellations or refundsare possible.


9. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data (e.g., name, date/time/place of birth, email, optional WhatsApp number) are processed in line with theTurkish KVKKand theEU GDPR. ​ https://mysticchart.com Privacy Policy and Cookie & Marketing Policy​ .)
The Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted the "Terms and Conditions of Use" page of the site.
The Buyer also accepts that in case of communication for campaign and information purposes, it will be done via e-mail and that communication may be made via WhatsApp within the scope of the subscription that may be active in the future.


10. Electronic Consent

During checkout, the Buyer must electronically confirm:

“I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement.”
“I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.”
“I have read the Privacy Policy.”
“I agree to receive updates and marketing information by email or WhatsApp.” (WhatsApp optional; marketing consent may be withdrawn later.)


The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer clicks“Pay Now”.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of theRepublic of Turkey. The competent courts are theCourts of Istanbul (Kadıköy). This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer’s country of residence.

12. Entry into Force

This Agreement becomes effective once the Buyer ticks the relevant boxes and confirms payment.
