1. Definition
MysticChart.com issues electronic invoices (e‑Archive Invoice) for all purchases in accordance with Turkish Tax Law (VUK).
2. Required Information
To issue an invoice, the following information is required:
-Full Name
- TCKN (turkish identification number - mandatory for Turkish citizens only)
- Email address (mandatory)
3. Delivery Method
Invoices are sent digitally to the customer’s email. No physical copies are issued.
4. Privacy
Invoice details are shared only with relevant Turkish authorities and legal requirements.
5. Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the billing details provided. MysticChart is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.
